I am going to be getting back into the gym in the next couple of weeks and I am trying to find a program that is suited to Aussie Rules (AFL).
i want to gain size and strenght but not get overly huge as the position I play has a lot of running involved.
Can anyone give me any tips or a program that they have used that is sililar to my requirments. I am 178cm tall and approx. 73kgs (want to get to 78-80).
