Kroc rowed the 100lb DBs for 20… now to get the form cleaner and then I will be maxed out on my gym’s DBs :frowning:

Sumos - 405 x5 for two sets

Need to try for singles on these!!

full ROM bench

200 lbs for a 3RM PR

Zercher from pins
315 3x3 +2 reps, +2 sets

This went from a 100% lift to ca. 85% lift in less than two weeks.

I’m hoping for 5 plates x5 next time I wrap up, which should be before the year is out.

Man, I’m nothing special. If I have a good year next year and stay injury free I should put up a total that would put me top 2 or 3 in the 110kg USAPL junior ranking list, and hopefully in 1st spot on the bench list, but we shall see.

It’s funny to look back to May '07 when I was 88kg and hitting 220/155/220 in full single ply gear. I’m almost 20kg heavier now and could hit those numbers raw. I’d pull the deadlift for 5 like!

It has been a good week for me. I felt good, so I took advantage of it. I pulled 555lbs., and squated 475lbs. Belt only on both. Both are new PR’s for me, good news. But the great news is I felt like I still had some in the tank. I did get a pic of the 555 dead, but not the 475 squat. So if proof is required I will have it on my T-page in a day or so. correction on my deadlift, max is now 375 X8 touch and go

jerk press: 225x1, up from 205x1 after not doing these for months, close grip bench 225x3 as my last exercise supersetted with laterals, up from 205x3, so this is a large improvemtn for me

a recent pr of mine:

finally hitting 35" off the run (for jumping)… im pretty proud of it considering a little over a year ago i was at 27".

im hoping to hit 40" off the run 6 months from now.
