despite being dehydrated as hell, i hit some good numbers tonight on bench.

3 board
565x1x2 + 20lb PR

bench- full ROM
425x5 +2 rep PR

incline bench 405x2 -paused- hit the wall after the second rep. maybe it was all the heavy three board work leading up to it.

Joined the 500-Club today! Hell yeah

Snatch 117kg 2 weeks ago +1kg on comp pb, +2kg on training pb
C&J 143kg a week ago + 1kg comp pb, +3kg on training pb
MP 83kg +6kg pb
back squat 187kg +7kg pb

I hit a 495 DL today in single ply gear.

5 sets of 3 with 345 on squat.

I PR’d on the number of sets.

I was going to try and double-overhand it, but I absolutely wanted to make sure I wasn’t going to drop it so I hooked it.

I hit a PR training total today. On 02/04/09 I hit a 1445 total on my Skills Eval. Today I hit a 1555 total.

Squat: 590x1 (95%)
Bench: 375x1 (95%)
DL: 590x1 (95%)
Total: 1555 (PR +110lbs)

Edit
1555 is 30lbs heavier than my best meet PR as well, so it is kind of legit.

Them are some nice numbers.

600x8 Romanian deadlifts. got this in preparation for a meet and it led to an easy 750 pull and an 800lb attempt… that came up so fast i almost fell over the bar. Thats been the one thats meant the most to me because i saw a huge transfer into my competition deadlift.

Thanks Monopoly. I was feeling a little run down last week from all the training, so this gives me a nice little boost leading up to the Nationals.

250x4 (+5 lbs)

hit some good numbers tonight on squat. still adding 20lbs each week to the back squat. hit 635x1 tonight. still feels pretty fast. i’ll move up to 655 next time

635x1 squat

then moved onto front squats off pins against bands. this movement is the dog’s nuts. hit a 50lb PR on these
