I finally found a PR… Squatted 420lb x6 with just a belt.

Bit of a cheap one cos I’ve done 440 x5, but never gone over 5 with 420!!

Squatted 335 X 3 for 10 sets- Double BW @166!

I’m soooo happy. I’m not really suppose to dead-lift but dead-lifts are the shit.

I haven’t dead-lifted in over a month and today decide to see where I was at. I hit 375x1 at 180lb body-weight which is BWx2 hahaha YASSSSSSSSS!!..it felt like I had more in the tank but I didn’t feel like risking it and getting injured.

Bench:
285x1-PR+20 lbs.

deads:
320x10,10,10,10

squatted 150kilos yesterday, not an ultimate max but a pr still

Bench 225 x 1 @ 165
Squat 265 x 1 @ 165
Deadlift* 375 x 1 @ 160

Dips 5 reps with 90 pounds
Chin 3 with 45 pounds

  • I have pulled 405, but that was with a trap bar

I’m very happy with how my squat is going. not sure if its the extra 10 lbs, or the good mornings i added in, the top end work i did with chains and in a suit for the two months prior to the start of this cycle or the old reliable program that i went back to.
