405lb Floor Press +75lb PR
25lb Over Head Bosu Functional Soccer Squats x 5 (+1 rep PR/ Note the kieser machine in the back round that makes it sports specific with the power of air!)
320lb axle clean/press. Was good for more, wish we were given more attempts! This is a 20lb PR.

Monopoly
Hit a 575 deadlift last night. 10 lb PR and first deadlift PR in 3 YEARS.
Tried 600 because I was feeling awesome and got it halfway up my thighs when I lost my grip with my right hand. Tried it again and wasn’t even close. I think it’s going down this summer though.
260kg/572lbs rack pull from a few inches below the knees. I’m moving to a mid-shin pull next cycle.

squated 460 for a triple, only been under 460 one time before then so this wa a x3 PR
also Rack Pulled 500x8 on the same day never really rack pulled before this so I guess its a 500 pound PR
Snatched 112Kg in training: +1kg training PB on my 3rd attempt, nearly tripled it!

Fucking chuffed, squat has always been my weakest lift but it’s flying up at the minute. My hamstrings are tight as fuck so it causes tucking in the bottom position so my lower back was fried by the time I did a drop set @ 315 x 10. I got my college to do some PNF for my hammies seems to have sorted it.
I’m gonna try to out PR whore modi+meat.
