two weeks ago i did 315+bands from #3
this week i did 315+bands from #1
i should be closing in on a 475 deadlift now, also guys how should i calculate my 90% work after my max, today i just used straight weight for the calculation and the 280 singles were really hard
This Thursday I got 395 on squat at 171 bw about a month after maxing 375 at the state powerlifting meet. I tied my school’s squat record for 134-166 bw, but I was 6 lbs over so I’ll have to cut over the summer to get the record. It’s still cool though! I also pr’d on hang clean this Monday with 220, but that’s only a 5 lb pr in about an 11 month period, so it’s kind of embarassing.

Back Squat: 550x1
Front Squat: 425x1

weighted pull-ups (Semi-supinated): 135x3 (3 Plates on chain)

Never posted before cuz I didnt have video, and my lifts aint all that great, no big milestones/anythign to brag on … but, since i know that’s the whole point of the thread, now that I do have a video to share, i may as well. Hopefully this wont be a PR for long. Squat, 515x4 @ 255bw (that’s 234 @ 115, Hanley

355x1 (touch & go)
squat
465x1 (borderline on depth)
All while cutting weight, which bytheway, sucks ass. Next week will be openers and speed work only, so no more major PR’s for me until May 23rd.

Depth was DEFINITELY not deep enough… But still, 465 pounds is not bad. It’s still something worth bragging! Nice job!
