Squat PR’s are just tumbling with Smolov. It’s tough to keep track of all the little ones, but today’s was a big PR. I just hit 525x3 last week for a 30lb PR, so this is huge progress, especially after hitting 525x3x3 first.

Yes, I suppose I would be content with a 100lbs in 13 weeks, since I only added 25lbs in 52 weeks last year!
These are pretty quick sessions, compared to to 2-3 hour marathons of Sheiko.
I usually do 5 minutes of shoulder Prehab at the beginning and sometimes at the end, but the Squat portion, from warmup to last set is under an hour. During the warmups I just load the bar and squat. Once I get up to the working weights for the day I usually take 4-6 minutes between sets. Todays entire sessions went like this:

225x5
315x3
380x3
440x3
495x3
525x3x3
555x3
Once I got to 380, it was about 35 minutes until the end.
That was just sick Modi. Looked like you coulda grinded out a couple more if you had to as well!! Mega impressive, especially after 525 3x3!!
185x8 close stance deep squat, these are starting to come together for me as it is the first time ive done high bar heeled squats for any length of time, im feeling this in the glutes more and quads which should be good for sports, hopefully ill just keep bumping this up
195x10 on squat (+10 pounds, +2 reps) should hit 225x10 in about two weeks i think, also i dont want this thread to die which is why i keep posting my patheitic weights, MEAT hows the reverse band training going?
355 X 10 on deadlifts, “3” week of 5/3/1, actually felt like I could have gotten 2-3 more if not for my grip strength.
Am seriously considering going for a possibly new and higher 1RM. Seems strange to be hitting double digit reps all the time.

what was your original max? i acutally think high rep deads once in a while are really benificial, help with speed and groove in the movement for me
Pulled a clean 550, 5 pound PR.

I was working off 425 for a DL max. I suspect it might be different now.
True, there have to be some benefits to higher reps. we’ll see what happens next week with the “1” week.

Just hit an insane PR on weighted dips for me. Bodyweight+170lbs. I felt like I had 180 in me, but my tendonitis was having none of it after the 170 attempt.
this is a 455 rack pull from #3 hopefully the video works…
