Nice work on those squats. One thing you may want to try is not taking such a huge breath before your descent. Sometimes having too much air can keep you from hitting depth in a tight suit.

Did some good lifting today.
The bench was a PR not off boards. And the squats were just a straight up PR. No wraps, and still a bit to go to get depth tho;
Bench - 200kg x2 (final set)
Squats - 280kg x3 (sets 3, 4 and 5)

Are you wearing briefs?[/quote]
THanks!! I found releasing air on the way down actually made it easier to get into the hole (well… close to getting into it).
No briefs… Just a 42 Centurion. I’m 110kg. It’s a tight ass squeeze!!
255lbs which is a 10lbs PR. If I hadn’t taken the video, I would have swore there was a long pause (I’m talking like 4 seconds!!!) and it felt like the concentric portion took about 15-20 seconds. Man is my perception off.
I don’t think I’ll have any problems hitting this in a competition with a pause since it was after a number of work sets.
Seated Over head press(from forehead)
205x5 +2 reps
This is a great bench assistance move maraudermeat persuaded me to use. Take an arch, bring the hands in a bit (pinkies just inside the rings) and feel the bench stabilizers working like hell.
