Did this the other day…426 lb stiff legged deadlift…bodyweight was 163…

couple pr’s this week:
315x12 on deads never done more than 8 with this, going for 365x10 on thursday this week
3x230x3 on reverse grip smith press (+5 pounds)
155x10 close grip incline(+ 2 reps)

My Log press is finnally coming along. Hit 220x3 for a huge pr Last week. This week I got 200x8 for a 15lb PR

Finally got 235 on the bench. I’ve been struggling to get this for a month now.

Buffalo Bar Box Squat 335x1 (PR 15lbs). I love all these fancy bars my gym has!!!

How exactly do you load the weights when you do planks?

deadlifted 160k/352 lbs, very happy about this one since I’ve done very little deadlifting

and also dumbellrow 20 reps with 32k

2 benches and a dipping belt.

bench is slowly moving up. it’s not a PR but it’s definitely a step towards one.

Not sure yet… gonna pull 585 Friday Feb 6th, see how that feels… if easy then I will either go for 600 same day or the next DL session… if not easy I will have to take a step back and re-assess (heheh! that word looks funny eh?).

close stance box squat
315x1, first time this weight on close stance work which im doing right now to grow the quads

gearing up for a push/pull meet at the end of the month. tonight was a “light” night but i still got some decent reps with some moderate weight. i think i was good for a few more but 4 was the goal for the night.

Went for a quick workout today (30 mins) and worked upto a 325x1 Squat (+10 lbs), about 3 inches below parallel, last squat was 315 barely at parallel.

And a 215x1 fairly easy push press.
I should be maxing squat again on saturday (wasnt really prepared today) but it felt good, i just finished the mesocycle for smolov, and i cant wait to start intesification

Deadlift 585 pounds raw (just belt). 20 pound PR… it was a grinder, did absolutely everything wrong, but… it went up.
