Haven’t done boards in a while…still hit a PR today.

2 board-5 sets of 385x1…No hand off.

May of had a little more gas in the tank too!

Nice, you got me by 10lbs bud! No way I’m beating your 555 any time soon though - I was MAXED OUT as you will see. I go 3" lower next Saturday and I’m hoping to hit 495. The 545 was a 120lb PR for me at that height and only the second time I’ve ever pulled from that height :slight_smile:

Here’s mine from this past Saturday 12/13 (the 545 is the second time you see me pull - and yes I KNOW, sweats were a bad idea…)

205 x3 front squat on sat! more like 2.5 but it went up. still no camera :<. also tried it w/ the new SURGE Workout Fuel, dunno if it helped but 205 on the tail end seemed pretty good

I did my first raw comp in about 2 years last weekend. It was done with about 12 hours notice, and 0 hours of prep. I’d been training heavy right up to about 72 hours before. I’d squatted 3x, benched 1x and deadlift 2-3x in the previous 2.5-3 months, AND I did a weightlifting comp right before it (85/110) and had to warm up my squat in between clean and jerk attempts so while all of these were PR’s and I hit a 130kg total PR, they were far below what I shoulda done;

Thanks Hanley. I was about 87kg. (And only 1 month away from 52 years old.)

Bent over rows 315x10 strict form 400x3 loose form

Got 515 for a single off a 3 board. Also got 535 the next set, but I forgot to turn the camera on. Previous PR was 505.

And yeah, I’ve been having trouble with my ass coming off the bench.

Later that night, set a 1 rep PR on DB Bench. 9 reps with 120s.

Just got a new Flipcam (really effin cool btw) so I’ll probably be inundating this thread with lots of stuff.

On that bench and squat it didn’t even look like you were trying!
