Great to see you tracking all your PRs

OH Press 2x105lb

I dig the muscle-split-clean thingy you did to get the weight up.[/quote]

LOL! I find that I am much more stable with the split than my feet side by side.

thanks bro! i’ll give you the secret… get hit in the head a lot when you are younger. that will give you the mental side. the physical side comes from a lot of reps with the ol’ fork. i’ve never met a buffet that i didn’t like:)

I had a meet on Saturday (our Provincial championships - my second meet. I hit a few PR’s. This is my deadlift. 255 at 120 lbs. Last max was 245. I also hit a PR on squat at 215 but I’m posting the DL since it was so easy. Next meet is Jan. 24 and I’m hoping for 275.

I’m not sure why the video didn’t post. I’ll try again.

you had more in the tank

great PR’s everyone

I’ve been a bit dry until today

Deadlift

330 for a belted double

had one more in me

not something I track PR’s on , but I hit 70 lb DB’s for a top set of 8 last week. as a reference point , when I first started lifting my top set for 8 reps was 35’s.

Fuck me. That’s by far and away the most impressive thing in the thread thus far.

i have literally just joined today,my stats are 5’7 69kgs 21 years old.i started strength training about a year ago my main goal at the min is a 210kg dead 1 rep max i have lifted 200kg 1 rep max i will record my 210 and post it210 is my goal as it is three times body weight.i am well impressed with the vids i have seen and hope to be lifting, alot heavier in the distant future the support given by everyone has given me the get up and go.

155 hang snatch (pr +10 lbs), it was more of a muscle to lock it out though so im going to lower the weight and work on speed and making sure i have good form then move up again it seems to work well, muscle a weight one week then go down in weight and work back up and beyond

Squat
350x3

Not too tough a triple for an old man… Almost to my goal of tripling my previous max.

its four 25 lb bumper plates, then one 10 lb plate, then a 5 lb metal plate all on a 45 pound bar. its at my schools gym, so its kinda what we have (limited selection of metal)

Hey there guys im pretty new to the forums been readin for a while, but thought I’d post (gotta start somewhere)

Today or actually i guess it would be yesterday I hit a 555lb rack lockout from the knees. No vid, but I reckon I could of hit about 570 or so, but it was at the tail end of my sets so I was pretty beat.
