Training Help

Hello to all, I am some what embarassed to be asking for help because the reason makes me feel like a total dumbass, I am 6’2 255 and am working at Strongman but I also like to use powerlifitng workouts. However this past Tuesday while cleaning up after my workout some one caught my attention as I was sliding the last plate off the bar.

Needless to say I thought there was more bar left then there was and the plate came down hard on my toe. So now I am unable to use my big right toe so squat and deadlift are gonna hurt. So if some of you (Tmods, or anyone else)could pass down some workouts to help me out so I don’t lose the work I have put in on my legs thanks to all that can help.

You’d be best to let your toe heal up. You won’t crash and burn, and your strength will come right back when you hit the weights again.

I know and that would be the smart thing to do…but I am not sure if I can let it heal because like a dumbass asking to get hurt I already feel fat and worthless after only a day.
