so does anyone have any advice on what kind of training I should do split, full body, upper/lower. How can I find out how many calories I need. Like I said I am 168 lbs at 5’10, I would like to get down to 165 of lean muscle.

You are not eating enough, and you think its going to matter what kind of routine you do? Are you kidding me?

First lets do some math. If you want to have 165lbs of LBM, assuming you want to stay at 10%BF, then you will have to get up to 180lbs. Now, if you want to bulk, then you are going to have to bulk up to about 190 or so and then cut down.

SO WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING T-DAWG FOR? Just eat a shitload. Read Berardi’s articles and stop wasting our time.[/quote]

This just in from the Department of Redundancy Department.
