Hi, I’m a high school football player and runner as well. I’m currently 5’9" 160 and am lookin for a good workout i can do everyday in order to have solid results by Fall. I’m also trying to gain weight…I eat just about anything that doesn’t move, however, since I do a lot of sprinting and running in general, I have a really hard time putting weight on. Also, right now I’mnot able to get into a gym cuz i failed a class…or two…or three, so I’m kinda grounded, soon as i finish summer classes i come home, where all the workout equiptment i have is a chinup bar and a floor. I think by next week I’ll be good with my parents again so i might be able to get back in the gym. If anyone can help me find a way to gain weight, build up my chest, and maintain or even increase my speed please let me know. Thanks! BTW in case it might help or something I’m a runningback/strong safety and a 400m,200m,100m,long jump and occasional hurtles kinda guy, most people say i’m in great shape but i’mlookin to get bigger, faster, and stronger.
If you want to go anywhere in your athletic career you need to get your education. Nothing is worse than seeing a great athlete unable to compete or go to the next level because they dont get it done in the classroom
