I have an intresting situation.I’m 6’1-6’2, 160-162lbs,and Im a Track runner,but I also want to do Football.The problem is that I want to look bigger,and gain muscle and weight,So I want to know what is a good workout routine for me.and by the way I eat ALOT and still dont gain that much weight.
I doubt you eat as much as you think you do.

eat more, work less, those are the choices. yu need to b in a calorie surplus

Sorry, track and football? The two do not go together. If you want to play football at that tall you need to gain a fair amount of weight (in muscle) and maybe a bit of fat too. Not saying 20% BF or anything but I’m guessing you’re not even at 10 with that information. Long distance running will quickly go out of your scope with football conditioning and training.
It takes up a lot of time and your effort august through november is going to get you through football; not football and daily running to keep your mile time low. That’s just the regular season. Offseason your coach is going to want you in the weightroom three times a week most likely.

He didn’t say he was a long distance runner. Some of the best football players are also great sprinters. Sprinting and football go together very nicely.
