Hey John or anyone else, I am going to start two weeks of Fat Fast tomorrow, Sept. 9, and after that I am thinking of going to a T-Dawg style diet so I can incorporate carbs back into my diet until I get to my desired weight and bf%. My question is would this help me from gaining a lot of weight when I go back to a normal diet?
John would say not to use the Fat Fast diet to begin with. He is no fan of low carb diets. Personally, I think the T-dawg would be a good step up from the Fat Fast. Sounds like a plan to me.
In short no, no matter how you do it if you are getting in less than 150g of carbs daily you will add a lot of water weight as soon as you up the carbs again…
