I just read and printed off the program you talked about in this weeks issue, I can already feel the pain. Would you recommend cycling mag 10 on this program and follow the massive diet program?? or could you suggest some other options to follow. Also how long should a guy stay on this program for???

This is a sample week of a long-term program. Supplementation will depend upon your goals and definately if mass development is one of them Mag-10 / M serves that agenda. Feel free to ask questions if I may be of service. In faith, Coach Davies
Coach, can you recommend something to replace the pull-throughs (I don’t have access to any machines)? I was thinking about stiff leg deadlifts, but I wasn’t sure since the one arm deadlifts are the day before. Thanks.
Hey doogie,
Try some 2 handed k-bell/dumbbell/med. ball swings, or if you have a weighted GPP sled try some pull throughs with that. Just a thought.
Peace,
Tmofa
Thanks. One more dumb question. On the one hand barbell snatch, do I do 3 sets with each arm or not?

Thought I responded to this but must have been some sort of glitch. Hey, in lieu of the Pull-throughs, Zercher Good Mornings can be great. Let me know if you know how to perform those. With regards to the Barbell Snatch - perform 3 sets with each arm. I hope that helps. In faith, Coach Davies
Thanks, Coach. I did day two yesterday and I can barely breath today because I’m so sore. The seesaw press is an evil, evil thing.
Glad you liked today’s session & the “See-Saw” lift. Amazing lift but you will be feeling it bad tomorrow. Let me know how it goes. In faith, Coach Davies
Coach- im going to start the renegade bodybuilding program tomorow after i find my 1 max reps on the excersises today.
a couple questions. Can u explain the rope pull in a little more detail? How mauch rest time is there between excercises? And how much rest if any is there between the non weighted general physical preperation?
Thank you for your time- i know it will be a great program.
Please email me & I will send photos. In faith, Coach Davies
Is this going to be your first experience with GPP? If so, enjoy it!
