I was wondering what the tire flipping is used for?. Is it for cardio? muscle building? both?. Also what would a good training session look like with a heavy tire?. How much weight would be a decent weight for someone who isn’t really strong(I’m only 170lbs)?.
never done it myself but some of my liufting friends work on it religiously. I would assume it was useful for GPP. As far as hypertrophy, if you found a way to overload the movement progressively, then yes!
Also, it looks like a lot of fun (back to your schoolboy days playing with odd objects)…that may be the single best reason to do it.
It’s probably going to be a little more than GPP. At least according to my definition of GPP. Then again, I’m starting to realize that I a lot of things around here mean different than I always thought. Anyway…
I do it because I have to do it competitions. And I suck at it.
