Just a quick question on activating the nervous system for a squat session…
You provide a great template for preparation for bench press session to activate the nervous system on t nation (‘Activate your cns then lift heavy’) so I was wondering if you could provide a template to prepare for a squat session?
And for preparation for an overhead session should I just follow for bench press template minus the pec activate step?
