they are making great progress. If you’ve never run a log, checked in each week, and had someone constantly paying attention to what you are doing it can make a big difference.

but I have one guy. after 14 weeks of outstanding results, “what do you think of GVT?” I think we should change it up. :laughing:

No, I dont think 10 sets of 10 with 60% is going to give us the best result.
if something is working don’t change it.

another fun thing is watching someone realize how hard it is to eat 3k calories, over 6 meals, of lean meat and vegetables. carbs (rice, oats, potatos) only around training.

no client has any plans to compete.

my coach told me there was no chance I could be ready for my local show, so I gave up.

Hi, ive been following your log for some time. you have an intense training log and seem to be using some PEDs, is it for a specific goal and you will taper off soon or do you think you can go on with this for a long time?

If you are not ready for a local show, I cannot imagine what the competition looks like?
