Thoracic Outlet Syndrome/Shoulder Mobility

Thoracic outlet syndrome in my left shoulder has been an issue for quite some time. The degree to which it limits mobility in the left shoulder joint varies, but when its bad its bad. I have lost so much mobilty that Im having serious trouble performing BB snatch. DB snatch is okay, but Ive lost a substantial amount explosive power and coordination i really want it back. Any recommendations for rehab and/or corrective exercises? I have a stretch routine i perform 2xday 20 minutes per session.

I do exercises to strengthen muscles involved in retraction/depression of scapulae (levator scapule, rhomboids?) but if anyone has any suggestions I will give it a try!! My workouts just arent the same when mobility is limited:(

Have you tried ART? A lot of people have had success with it regarding other nerve entrapment issues.

For my TOS nothing I tried worked better than the stretching. You’re probably doing them all already, but the best one for me was the arm on the table bend at the waist stretch. Brought the feeling back in no time.

Have you watched inside out by Mike Robertson?
It’ll give you a good idea on stuff you can try to do.
