Can someone help me please I train with a guy. Couple times a week he is a computer nerd that’s his job so he mainly sits at a desk and because when I train with him i cannot see this his shoulders round when he is stood up straight but his upper back has a nice curve.
We have tried in the past to try and correct this but as we also train and when we train chest he is getting stronger but those shoulders are also rounding because of the strength/shortening of the chest and weakening/lengthening of the upper back musculature. Any tips on how to correct this I don’t want to stop training with him because of this because then I feel my mate will just resort back to silly cardio.
Also to mention with the spine being a unit he also has an issue with his hip could this be the cause of maybe his lower spine
