Thoracic Mobility Exercises

i have seen some and my lifting partners have recommended i work on this. the one i do i saw on a vid with mike robertson where i place a foam roller under my spine and lean my upper back over top. i hold that for a few seconds and then adjust the position about 2" and repeat. i do this twice a week right now.
