Lets keep it going. What do you guys eat on a daily basis?..really clean?..whatever gets the calories in? etc…

Here??s a rundown of what I eat on average during the week.

7am ?? 4-5 whole eggs, ½ cup oatmeal (dry), 1 banana, 10-12oz whole milk, 2 scoops of protein powder (all blended together)

10am ?? ground beef patties/bunch of chicken/carne asada ?? something along those lines, 10-12oz whole milk

12:30pm ?? 2 cans of tuna, bunch of mayo, 10-12oz whole milk

3:30pm ?? 16oz whole milk w/ 2 scoops protein powder

5:15pm ?? pre workout shake 60g carb, 30g protein

6:45pm ?? post workout shake 60-80g carb, 30g protein (sometimes I??ll eat some icecream along with the shake if I felt like I really earned it)

7:30-8pm ?? whatever big meal I throw together, always make sure its got lots of meat and good carb source, yesterdays was a triple whopper with cheese form BK!

9:30pm ?? pre-bed snack cottage cheese, sometimes peanut butter with it aswell

Now that I see someone else has learned the secret of the Triple Whopper, I feel more comfortable listing what I ate yesterday.

You can get In N Out “protein style” wrapped in lettuce…

same price. But thats for cutting not BULKING
Oh man the triple whopper is amazing…seriously BK is where its at for actually getting a large amount of meat on your burger. Every other place uses tiny ass patties.

Does BK do the Quad anymore? I don’t think the patties were as big, but that was a lot of beef.

Anyone not from california is missing out on In-n-Out. Had one of these today, 4x4 stack animal style. Also I’m sure if you asked them they would give you 4 slices of meat just might be little extra if they don’t still do quad.
I am sure it would, but then how could I attribute the gains to the supplement when adding in more calories would leave to gains anyways.

No offense, genius, but that is the very same argument they used in the 60’s to “prove” steroids didn’t increase gains in muscle mass.

Was thinking the same thing - if one was to take any AAS without ramping up calories as suggested I think the progress would be far from optimal regarding the help.

I think Bill and TC did say there are no instructions on the 11-T since people would use common sense (or something to that effect).

I blame my lack of common sense on my mother

I swear I saw Bill Roberts recommend upping calories 1000 over baseline with 11T.

Who cares wth some punks on the internet say about your trial if you actually makes gains. I dont know. if I spent 125 bucks I’d want to make the best use of that money as possible.

Not worry about if someone will discredit the supplement I am using. I’d rather have a few extra pounds than praise from random people on the internet.
Well, damn. I post 30 times in that thread and I missed it, lol.

I’m bulking again… dieted down to a low of 178. Back up to about 188-190. Plan on getting to around 205-210.

Daily diet is

Meal 1*
Shake
2 cups raw whole milk
1/2 scoop dry oatmeal
2 scoops hemp protein
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup frozen spinach
1 banana

Meal 2

2 cups raw whole milk
1 ounce almonds
1 ounce walnuts
1 apple
24 grams whey
Meal 3

1/2 lb gras feed ground beef
1-2 cups barilla plus pasta
1 cup vegetables
2 cups raw whole milk

meal 4

same as two

PWO Surge 1 serving

Meal 5 same as 3 - the milk

Meal 6

1 cup cottage cheese
2 tablespoons flaxseed meal
4 tblsspoons natural peanut butter.

Had a surprise today because apparently our scale at the gym is about 3kg shy of the true weight so I’m actually around 215lbs.

My during the week diet is something like this:

1: 1 chicken&salad & 1 tuna roll + 50g protein shake with milk
2: 2 beef wholegrain sandwiches + steak pie
3: 300-400g chicken diced and long grain rice
4: 75g protein shake with milk
4.5: 50g carbs drink after cycle to gym
5: 140g PWO shake (60/40 protein/carbs & some BCAA’s)
6: 8 whole eggs + rice/wholewheat pasta + vegetables

I was out of food last night so had a pizza with 3 kinds of meat on it.

Oh, and the blurry picture is of one Polish guy I’ve mentioned before from my gym at tonights session - pressing 270lbs per side. One day I’ll be his size.

Meal 1
8 whole eggs. (I would eat some carbs here as well if I had more time in the mornings)

Meal 2
80gr protein shake

Meal 3
.5-1lbs steak and about 1 cup of dirty rice

Meal 4
40gr protein shake

Meal 5
2 toasted Philly cheese steak sandwiches (with extra steak), 6 wings and some breadsticks from Dominoes Pizza

Meal 6
.5-1lbs steak and dirty rice

Meal 7
Triple meat WhatAburger with the grease drained/pressed off

I have no idea what the actual calories are but changes will be made based on whether I am gaining from that.

Doesn’t he know that he will never get big and strong using those machines?!!

I tried telling him, but…

Seriously though, whenever him and 1 or 2 other guys are at the gym, almost everyone stops to watch them lift. He often gives people advice - myself included - but you still see those same people doing their own thing with minimal progress. It’s sad.

Well, speaking as one of those former ‘same people’, it took me about 6 months of reading everything i could get my hands on mostly from this site just to appreciate and understand what a decent program looks like when it is put it front of my face, gift wrapped.

That’s not even to mention how long it took to learn what hard work really means. 75% of hardcore people don’t really know what it means to train hard, would be my guess.

The point of this little diatribe is that not everyone is just a blithering idiot, it’s that bodybuilding/progress/whatever takes a fuckton of knowledge and even more dedication, persistence and hardwork.

Hard to get all that from a few words from a guy who presses more with one arm than I probably ever will with 2.

Still hella nice of him, though.

It’s funny, for me it was moving away from the reading and more of the doing and watching others which has helped me progress and learn what’s working and what to avoid.

Of course you’re not going teach someone everything you’ve ever learnt in a short exchange about a certain exercise. Let me explain a little more.

His advice is mostly offered (from what I’ve seen) when someone asks - and when that person decides that their way is “better” and they disregard what he’s suggested - then they are idiots.

I saw this guy hop on the scale last week and tell me, “Oh no, I’ve lost 4lbs since yesterday.” I ask him if he’s eating enough and get the classic response of “I eat a lot”. So I tell him to eat more.

He says “then he gains too much fat.” Other’s over-hear this and explain a few more things to him - he shrugs it off and keeps doing his own thing…wondering why he looks the same as he did 6 months ago.

There is one 16 year old who is absorbing everything he can from the large guys and busting his ass 4 times a week - and he’s growing faster than anyone there.

I thought I was training for the last 4 years, and it wasn’t until I sought out practial knowledge to fuel the doing and even what to watch for that I had any semblence of a clue. To be effective I think your knowledge has to be coming from a variety of (credible) sources.

Agreed - I didn’t get the impression you meant learning everything about a certain exercise. Agreed also on your example being that of an idiot.

Yeah…again, I wasn’t implying there aren’t idiots out there.

At this point I think we are saying the same thing.

check out the comment of the skinny fuck.

That’s stupid. You have people more worried about his abs than the fact that he is carrying more muscle than most of these guys ever will. You don’t get that big and bigger with your abs as your primary focus. Not to mention that not everyone is trying to even be much leaner than that.

I used to be one of those…shame on me. Reading the comments make me sick now…I would much rather be that big than see my abs anyday. I think the guy in the video has very good genetics as well as you can’t even see love handles just huge muscles everywhere. I hope my bulk turns out like that.

dude double (cheese or plain) burgers are two for 3 dollars at hardees.

Eat four of those after leg day, and come back to me.

I’ve never heard of hardees, I’ll have to see if we have those here in Cali.

The 3/4 pound tripple from wendys > the tripple whopper, atleast in my opinion

You bastards, now ive gotta put on pants and go drive to get a Fricken triple whopper.
