What do you guys eat like?

Are you in college? I find it hard to get a ton of meals on some days-since I have few days were I basically go back to back in lectures and labs- so usually have to eat big with less meals.

Looks pretty good just make sure getting enough calories to gain weight-looks like what you laid out is solid too-.

highschool. I can eat in all of my classes except chemistry and gym.

Hey tall bulker here, 330’s right now. Good thing about being tall is I can actually gain a lot of weight and not look horrible. Goals is lifetime bulk if start to get too fat, lower calories a bit and add some cardio. Though maybe one day might diet down really low like single digit, but I don’t see the reason right now.

Would love to someday be 400lbs in the 20-25%, range-currently in that range at 330ish- [/quote]

Your profile says you’re a student, so I assume you’re fairly young. Why aren’t you cracking heads as a lineman somewhere?

I’m up to around 215 (would be a bit higher but I lost a buncha weight from getting sick…), clawing my way to 230.

laziness in high school completely my fault. When I was like 11 did boxing in adult classes and was getting in great shape-lifting at age 12 a bit-, freshman year was on varsity line and one of my coaches was ex player and coach at USC and told me I could probably end up there easily. Yet decided to be lazy, after that year didn’t do football anymore and just stopped doing sports and all physical activity till college.

heh w/e enough about me and my laziness, which I have now changed now training throwing recently and goal is to go to olympic trials in one of the events best is javelin so far after a year of throwing-190-low 200ish javelin thrower-, need about 245 or so to make it there.

.

Lets keep it going. What do you guys eat on a daily basis?..really clean?..whatever gets the calories in? etc…

For me, my diet is somewhat controlled by environment. Since I am a family man and a poor graduate student that mean eating at home and clean 90% of the time by default. But while gaining I do not avoid restaurants or my grandmother’s fried chicken when the opportunity arises.

Typical daily diet looks like this:

7:00 - 5 whole eggs smothers with melted pepperjack cheese. 5 slices 95% fat free turkey bacon. 1 cup grape nuts cereal.

10:00 Post workout shake. 2 scoops custom mix protein powder. 1 cup 2% milk. 1 cup stawberries. 1 cup blueberries. Also, I have a bananna and a clementine here.

12:00 Chicken salad. 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. Spinach. Feta cheese.

1:30 natty peanut butter and whole wheat ritz

3:00 85% lean beef taco. Lean beef, spinach, salsa, and whole wheat tortilla. Sometimes this meal is leaner because it is made with venison burger.

5:00 Meat. Around 8 oz of pork, chicken, or beef. Protein bar.

7:30 Almonds, peanuts, and a glass of milk

Foodz:

Meal 1: Bowl of oats, protein shake, 4 eggs scrambled. banana

Meal 2: mince meat and mashed potatoies, several glasses of milk

Meal 3: Meat patsries, several glasses of milk

Meal 4: Meatballs, vegetables, a glass of milk, 1TBSP peanut butter.

Meal 5: Cottage cheese, milk.

As someone who blew his talents [and free rides] on laziness, I beg of you to go talk to your schools ad and football coach. With your size and strength you could make alot of money if you dedicated yourself. You’d also have access to better/more food and awesome training facilities while in school.

Now that I see someone else has learned the secret of the Triple Whopper, I feel more comfortable listing what I ate yesterday.

Meal 1
8 whole eggs. (I would eat some carbs here as well if I had more time in the mornings)

Meal 2
80gr protein shake

Meal 3
.5-1lbs steak and about 1 cup of dirty rice

Meal 4
40gr protein shake

Meal 5
2 toasted Philly cheese steak sandwiches (with extra steak), 6 wings and some breadsticks from Dominoes Pizza

Meal 6
.5-1lbs steak and dirty rice

Meal 7
Triple meat WhatAburger with the grease drained/pressed off

I have no idea what the actual calories are but changes will be made based on whether I am gaining from that.

8 eggs…haahaha

Hey, I’m usually in a rush. Trust me, I make up for it on days off.

Add me to the heap. I’m trying to duplicate Dave_'s results. I’ve gained about 6 lbs over the past 6 weeks or so. I think I’m starting to gain much more rapidly now that I’ve switched to a bodybuilding split. Not counting calories (I don’t need that many, actually).

In 'n Out 2x per week and eating a lot and watching the scale go upwards. Waistline’s stayed roughly the same so far.

Oh man the triple whopper is amazing…seriously BK is where its at for actually getting a large amount of meat on your burger. Every other place uses tiny ass patties.

Does BK do the Quad anymore? I don’t think the patties were as big, but that was a lot of beef.

The photo is of Dave Gulledge. He does not look anything like that anymore. He is totally shredded now and competes in the 242 class I believe. I am not sure, since I do not follow PL that much anymore.

He has stated that he did not like being that fat but obviously, like most 308s and SHWs, the overall bodyweight helps with the three lifts, despite what people like Poliquin say: “you don’t need to be bulked up to lift big!”

Tell this to all the top benchers and they would laugh in your face, most of whom look like human mountains: Ryan Kenelly, Glen Chabot (retired), Sebastian Burns, Mike Miller (retired), Gene Rychlak, Larry Pacifico (retired).

Anyone not from california is missing out on In-n-Out. Had one of these today, 4x4 stack animal style. Also I’m sure if you asked them they would give you 4 slices of meat just might be little extra if they don’t still do quad.

No offense, genius, but that is the very same argument they used in the 60’s to “prove” steroids didn’t increase gains in muscle mass.

Was thinking the same thing - if one was to take any AAS without ramping up calories as suggested I think the progress would be far from optimal regarding the help.

I think Bill and TC did say there are no instructions on the 11-T since people would use common sense (or something to that effect).

I blame my lack of common sense on my mother

I swear I saw Bill Roberts recommend upping calories 1000 over baseline with 11T.

Who cares wth some punks on the internet say about your trial if you actually makes gains. I dont know. if I spent 125 bucks I’d want to make the best use of that money as possible.

Not worry about if someone will discredit the supplement I am using. I’d rather have a few extra pounds than praise from random people on the internet.
