at my biggest last year i was 315 (with abs i might add)

after my cheat meal last night i was 245 this am. 10 lbs lighter than the pic shown

for those of you that can’t do math in there head like me thats a 70lbs loss. Lots of water of course. I pretty much did it with the paleo diet and two 20 min conditioning sessions a week. a very simple three day a week lifting program nothing fancy

Squat1000b700 you look fantastic! Great to see in-shape strong as all hell powerlifters out there. The morbidly obese guys was sort-of putting me of the sport there a bit!
