I took some video of me squatting today and it came out well. I will post it to my workout log this evening. Look forward to your comments/critique. Have fun at crossfit. Training someone I assume.

Accually i went to get a lift in lol. I wanted to check the place out. The result of my visit fixing the owners
squat, deadlift, and snatch lol.

The result of that:

I will be doing a continuing education class twice a month training there coaches
on the powerlifts as well as coaching the Olympic lifts … I am really excited …

so i lifted at a crossfit gym today so in honor of that i changed some things up lol
by the looks i was getting I don’t think they have ever seen anything quiet like me lol
nice long warm up MR lifting specific
and lots of rolling

Ok so i did a circut X5 one min rest between circuts

185X3 on snatch
405X1 nice deep squat
gymnastic rings palm in pull ups X10

ghr with mini 3x12
paired with hanging leg raises3X16

80 lbs kettle bell swing with a blue band around neck (many weird looks) lol X3

then questions

coaching … more funny looks lol

i had alot of fun with it

I will second this, i would also hope that you stick around. I have learned or been reminded of a number of things with regard to performance of lifting.

Ranoldo and heracles: thank you for the kind words. Yes I will be sticking around but just to update my training log, I have way too much going on in my life and too many people that depend on me to be worried about what someone else is doing or saying about me.

I have been getting adjusted three times a week

This is something i should have done from the start. My lawyer told me chiro does not hold up as well in court but i am sick of being 65% so it is time to get it done.

I have been lifting some at crossfit which has been fun they play really loud music and have nothing but the basics so it has forces me to do the very basics which is good. I have been lifting there to get to know the coaches and to watch what they do.

they have been very open minded

the first thing i did was install a daily warm up to work on hip and ankle mobilty and enough sub scap and glute activation work to make my mother blush. it has made a big difference already … they are retarded tight.

i will post some of the ideas i have to makes thing better on here later … feel free to give feedback

all very fast with 45 sec rest
last set of 6 i could have cleaned them

trained at crossfit with my project friend who has turned into an awesome training partner.

we were both banged up him from travel me from chiro.

So i we did

snatch grip high pulls and just let it fall to the group

i did 20 single all very high and explive with 225

the blue band pullthroughs 3X16 i also had a green band around my next … (these sucked really really bad)

paired with standing abs with monster blue band

then we loaded up the prowler with everything it could hold and did 4 30 yard trips

then with harmess two 30 yard trips backwards

done done and done

nice change up

(plenty of weird looks all around lol)

Saturday march 6th
this has been the worst winter here in Kentucky since i moved here in 2001. It was bad. I am a really simple guy. I love to lift and i love to fish.

Finally we got a nice day I got up early and i got lost (fishing) i went way way out there. No phone service it was nice. Fishing was ok but i really needed just to get away from everything and clear my mind. this summer i am going to spend much more time fishing, I have set things up so i am working less so i won’t get so bunred out. I have learned alot about myself in the last few months and I going to make sure I never end up that run down ever again .

It is funny i lift hard eat good try and get plenty of sleep, sometimes we forget the most important thing mind and soul. fishing for me is kinda like church for most people. I bought a small boat i am really looking forward to more fishing this spring and summer. There are so many great creeks and small lakes around here …
