I had a hand injury, that’s all healed up. And abdomen surgery too, I had some pain in the bottom right area of my abs when I squatted, but it seems to have pretty much cleared up, now i just need to get the numbers back up.
I tried sheiko 29 recently, but the volume really wore me out, and i couldn’t recover from it at all. i’m in between training methods right now, trying to get a plan together for the next little bit. My PRs would be 370/235/440 in just a belt, at around 200 lbs, and I’m currently at 275(fuck)/235/ 415, 190 lbs. I’m looking to really start fresh with my training, and start setting some prs. Any good recommendations?

I would say westside for skinny bastards or 5-3-1 both are excellent.
if you go with 5 3 1 i would rec doing one extra day of sled dragging and rows.

Thanks Jim, I think I’m going to go with ws4sb for now. I’m wondering about having only the one lower body day though, ( the ‘dynamic’ day doesn’t seem very taxing) as I don’t do any other sports. Would it be overkill to do a little more work on the second lower body day?
I would add some heavy dragging or work on deadlift form. Trust me you can make it as hard as you want too. You don’t have to squat or dead to have a hard work out

dude great form !!! I am very impressed my only suggestion go to elitefts.com and get a better belt lol you will be able to push out on it harder and be more explosive.

what do you recommend? the 13mm two prong?
get the one … two only makes it difficult to do up
today was international foam roller day. When i am beat up i will lead several clients through-out the day with some roller stuff. So basically i get paid to roll on a roller
I love my job.
One of my MLB players got himself a new ride today a brand new ford f250 harley davidson truck. very nice so I go to drive that around some. It is super nice
I miss having a truck. My next ride will def be a truck.
No training today didn’t feel like lifting.
Feeling better today. Yesterday I did some more rolling and some bodyweight circuts. That chain suspened ss bar goodmorning
really kicked my ass.
Should be training tonight.
Thank God that he was looking out for me. Even when I wasn’t living for him.

Squat day Jan 9/2010
Last night I worked out at a different gym with mmgalb727’s boyfriend helping him with his squat. i think it is very important to work out a different gym ever so often to keep things fresh.
pause squats (5 seconds in the bottom)
225X3
315X3
405X3
405X1
405X1
500x1 (felt really good even with the long pause)
225 super narrow and deep ass to grass X50
pull ups 3x12
45 degree back raise. holding 45 3X16
ab wheel knees on bench 3X16 paired with heavy step ups 3x8
one armed hammer row 3X12 (did these because we don’t have one at my gym one of my fav exercises)
today i did some mobility work and foam rolling today. Feeling pretty good, days off paid off
