The Problem w/ Curls in The Rack?

Mate, look at the date you posted the thread I linked to. 29th December 2007. You claim to be 180lb in it. Your exact words (in case you’ve forgotten since you have so many stories to remember) were “m 18 years old 5’7 180lbs a freshman in college and i started lifting as a sophmore in highschool.”

Then YESTERDAY, that is to say 9th Jan 2008 you said that you were 150lb… - “Is it wrong that im 150 lbs? the main reason i think that you say that, because you tried to diet before and clearly you cant do it. So you take it out on someone who has a better body. And to me yes its working well. I got 11 percent body fat and 16.5 arms”

So your bodyweight either fluctuates WILDY or you’re talking out of your arse.

The first thing I ever said in any of your threads was that you should probably change your username so people don’t hold the stupidity of this thread against. Once again, I would recommend that you follow my advice.

Oh, of course. Because I know that I totally keep track of everyone’s AIM screen name. I’m sure everyone else here does too. How could we be so stupid.

And you never answered my question.

You find yourself driving down a lengthy thread one day, just going through the motions, not really paying attention to where you’re going. Then, on the side of the road, a sign catches your attention. Then you immediately pull off the correct exit to find a new thread to travel on.

Listen here… i dont know how hard it is for you to understand, but ill tell it again, i dont remeber but some moron was giving shit about a 150 lb guy so i was saying hypothetically(i dont care about the sp) whats wrong with being 150 because i was that weight when i made the account name! WOW!.

…by the way i had a killer arm workout yesterday, in the rack. One guy came and asked if he could join me doing the curls.

Just for your info, i dont need to change my name, i received several Pms Of people telling me, they agree with me but they dont want to post in the thread to just start a arguement.

OPEN UR EARS AND LISTEN. SOMEONE SAID HOW CAN I BE 150 when i weigh 180 SO I EXPLAINED THAT

To answer your dumb question i said AROUND, AROUND being the key word… The most i ever did was 125.

You could take a crap in a frying pan if you wanted, but that wouldn’t necessarily make it the right thing to do.

Make sure you use coconut oil to coat the pan first, because even if you are full of shit, and it is forced out, or knocked out, by the T-Nation troll patrol, it will still stick, and fuck up the pan!

yeah, THIS is the guy that joined you with the 2.5lb plates on each side of the bar…

This is sooo funny dude. People have a right to say what they want, and your not going to agree with what everyone has to say.

Is it wrong that im 150 lbs? the main reason i think that you say that, because you tried to diet before and clearly you cant do it. So you take it out on someone who has a better body. And to me yes its working well. I got 11 percent body fat and 16.5 arms( plenty of other people out there who are better). But hey some people like being a powerlifter and lifting heavy weight.[/quote]

It’s not wrong that you’re 150, or 180, or whatever weight you decide you are today. What’s wrong is your continued belligerence towards a lot of lifters with much more experience than you. They tell you curling in the rack is rude; you disagree and insult the board. So assuming I was a young, novice lifter, who should I believe? A 150 lb student trainer with 4 years’ lifting experience? I think not.

Point is, it’s you vs. the world on this issue, but you just don’t get it. Oh well.

By the by, I hit 12% BF at 248 lbs. So you thought wrong. 11% at 150, or 180, or (fill in today’s make-believe BW) doesn’t impress me, or anyone else.

I’m going to attempt to speak in a language you understand…

ACCORDING TO THE PROFILE INFORMATION THAT COMES UP ON EVERY POST, YOU JOINED IN DECEMBER 2007.

IF YOU WEIGH 180 NOW, WHY WOULD YOU USE AN OLD AIM SCREEN NAME? T-Nation DOESN’T CROSS REFERENCE SCREEN NAMES, SO THERE IS NO WAY FOR ANYONE TO KNOW THAT, UNLESS YOU TELL US.

AND, I REALIZE THAT “BUCK EIGHTY TRAINER” DOESN’T EXACTLY HAVE THE SAME RING TO IT BUT IT WOULD MAKE MORE SENSE NOW, WOULDN’T IT?

Well, I curl 225. In a monolift. I’m a badass.

This thread is amazing. Non-stop entertainment.

Agreed. Hey maybe he offers trolling lessons so all of could start such entertaining threads. I’d pay $1.50 an hour for such inspired tutelage!

I must admit, sometimes I just post in these threads for no reason other then to stir some shit.

That is pretty frickin baddass. Props.

Wow, $1.50 trainer is only 180 pounds, or 150, whatever, i dont think anyone real cares anymore. Still 50 cent is bigger than him. Anyone else find the irony in that?
