Why would your total be 100lbs less at a meet? Aside from the pause on the bench press you should be training all your lifts to competition standards… if you plan to compete. Now, since it is your first meet you could probably leave 20-40 lbs on the platform but not 100.

Totals would be less because I have never competed, never done all three lifts at max effort in a day, and would choose weights I know I could make so I get a good idea of what the judging is like.
