I forgot all about this thread. This is from nationals a few weeks ago. I was supposed to compete equipped but woke up sick the day of and didn’t have the mental acuity to fight with a suit or shirt so I competed in singlet and belt.
Body weight 55.1 (121.5lbs)
Squat 105 (231.5lbs)
Bench 55 (121lbs)
Deadlift 135 (297.6)
Total 295kg (650 lbs)
Most recent stats after my last meet at the USPA CA State Championships:
Weight: 192
Squat: 512 and change - 2 reds for 535 for depth
Bench: 336 and change - 2 reds for 363 because my butt came off the bench a bit
Deadlift: 600
Total: 1449

1615@181 via 625/345/645 for a new PLWatch squat WR and total American record.

Injuries currently have put me at a different place but I’m building back and now bests are:

*Yeah I bench more than I squat because I injured my hip flexor from squatting like shit. I put 315 because I got my injury going for 325 and have worked back up to 315. With a spotter doing some work along with me. Anyway, now that I have my form perfected, I too am running Smolov looking to get to 365 by July. Bench and dead PRs were done on the same day about a month ago. so I will get a more accurate total once Smolov is over.
