I have a 130lb difference between my squat and DL lol. I wouldn’t worry about it too much.

I cant help that he is 6’4!!
Don’t really train for strength, but I’ve noticed that lower reps actually help me with size so hopefully these # go up as does my overall size as I train heavier.
Because it was my first meet, I was nervous and I feel I left a lot out there. My goal is to squat 40lbs more, bench 20lbs more, and deadlift 30lbs more by my last meet in November.
As novice, I enjoy this website and all of the great advice from you guys/gals

When I first joined this site, I was just looking into lifting and didn’t even start yet. Good too see how far I’ve came along since then. It’s amazing how I never thought this would have been possible for me back then, but now I can see myself hitting 1300+ at 198 in 2 more years.
