I’m competing again on April 13th, with a goal of 1,300+.

Age:34
Height: 6 ft.
Weight: 230 lbs.

Goals are 500 squat and DL, and 400 bench.

@bigred and strengthdawg, i’m a lurker but from TN as well (Nashville). best lifts are all gym lifts, havent done any competitions yet, belt and wraps

5’11’’
210 lbs
19 y/o
S: 425
B: 315
D: 475
1215 total

23 years old
5’7"
145lbs

Squat: 315
Deadlift: 375
Bench: 235

These are gym lifts. I haven’t validated a true 1RM on anything but I have done a clean 315lb squat and just did a 375lb deadlift on Wednesday… wouldn’t doubt if I could add 10lbs on both of those if I went balls to the walls. I am a lone wolf and haven’t tried my 1RM bench, but I did 215x6 (could have went x8) today, however when I’ve loaded the bar and limited ROM I feel like anything over 235 would be a stretch… who knows though.

I complete at 198 weighing between 185-190lbs. Best lifts are:

Squat: 530. It was done in the gym wearing a belt and 3 meter Inzer True black wraps

Bench: 380. It was done in the gym wearing a belt and Inzer True black wrist wraps

Deadlift: 530. It was done in the gym wearing a belt

My best comp lifts are 500-370-500 using the same equipment as above

181 weight class
21 years old
5’6
Last comp weighed in at 177 and got
Squat:425
Bench:330 paused
Dead:510
for a 1265

in a gym, i have gotten a 525 dead but not in comp. So next time

6’3"
~185
20 Y/O

Current PR’s, different days, they may all be off by +/- 10ish

Squat: 285
Bench: 215
Dead: 355

Total: 855
could I get them all same day, prolly not

out

Gym PR’s- Sq: 450
Bench: 275

Did a “mock” comp. last week in my garage. Cut to 148, had my buddy spot/call commands.
Went 435/265/535 for 1235 total. Planning to compete in the near future, and I’m looking to crack 1300.

I would like to know what the average TNation powerlifter totals. It can be a thread thst motivates people to push harder and encourage people on their progress.

Height: 6’2
Weight: 217
Bench:270
Squat:410
Deadlift:420
Total:1100[/quote]

Height:6’2
Weight 228 +11
Bench:310+40
Squat:470+60
Deadlift:505+85
Total:1285

Not bad for seven months.

Height:6’2 +/- 0
Weight- 218 -10
Bench:330 +20
Squat:460-10
Deadlift:485-20
Total:1275

If you told me three months ago that I would only lose ten pounds off my total while dropping ten pounds, I would take that deal in a second. Also that total was taken after smolov was in in this really strong point because I was training like the world was ending .So I’m happy with it. Still just about as strong, not as fat.
