Yeah I know they suck but still recovering from a broken vertebrae. Apparently its bad for your squat and pull numbers.

how did you break a vertebrae?

Lets just say it involved the Taliban, a helicopter and me hitching a ride on board. The 4 mile hike afterwards to high ground that we could defend with internal bleeding was a bonus as well.

Cool thread, I don’t post often but what the hell:

Weight: 175 (weight moves around alot but I want to compete at 165)

Best lifts (have yet to compete so these are gym numbers. Still looking for comps. in the NorCal area)

Squat: 425 had more in me though(wrist wraps, belt, rehband knee sleeves)
Bench: 240 (wraps,rehbands)
Deadlift: 435 (lever belt, rehbands)

best meet total 1664 at 198 back in 2011 i believe, was shooting for mid to high 17’s in 2012 but me chasing a 765 squat screwed me up. down to 183-184 so we will see what happens.

I think a new PR total in the masters class should be on the horizon! 500lb bench, you ass :slight_smile:
