Anyway:

My best raw lifts at a meet are:

@220 lbs (Age 42)

Squat-625lbs
Bench-385lbs
Deadlift-615lbs

Total: 1625lbs

I have a meet in 2 weeks and I plan to up my squat and possibly my deadlift numbers. My bench is lagging due to my right biceps tear last year at the 2011 APF Uropa. Subsequently I had an operation to repair heavy tendon and muscle damage and I will be fortunate to hit a 300lbs bench. My goal is to get my bench back up to 400 within a year with well planned conjugate training and hard work.

Retested after 5 cycles of 5/3/1. BW now 190.
