i did 40 wide-grip pull-ups @ a bodyweight of 191. back in high school i pulled 505 @ 169 with just a belt/chalk. and a few years later squatted 605 @ 180 in a single ply poly suit/wraps/belt.
Hanley, yes, you are right. I just have a hard time containing myself.
And to the others too. Thanks. Keep on bragging. If you’ve worked hard, I think you deserve bragging rights!
"lol what country are you from dude? thick ass accent gwagahgwahgawhgwa SQUAT DONT BE WIMP! "
I am from west-missisippi, haven’t you heard about the local squat tribe there? We chant “Squat, don’t be whimp” all day long. You should join us when you have the time!

I am back to squatting 225x10 and 265x4 (rocked over onto my good leg on the 4th rep so I stopped the set there) and back to pulling 365x5 with no belt. Not very impressive for a 225lb guy who has been lifting for almost 10 years but I have only been back at squatting and DL for a few months.
I effed up my left knee and leg bad in Nov 07 and have had 4 surgeries since. I still need them to rebuild my knee (currently no ACL or MCL and my leg is not aligned properly)
I benched 250x5 today which is’nt normally anything to write home about, but did it 1 week shy of 5 months out of two complete rotator cuff tears in the same shoulder injured in the WNPF World Powerlifting Championships.
i just turned 15 2 months ago, weigh 175 lbs at 9%, and can pull 475 lbs, and am going for 485 next week. I also am about to total 1100 raw, and am easily gonna shatter usapl records across the board
Since taking my training seriously in 2007 i’ve gone from 77kg BW squatting 60kg to 69kg BW squatting 3x140kg, which was my initial goal of 2x BW for reps. Now onwards and upwards to 2.5x!
