I can only do it once every 20 minutes… I can’t go more than 4 times a day.

I jumped 47 inches

Ah yes, everyone on the internet is in the top 1-2% of human strength performance. I love it.

I think someone pointed out already that the only comparison you can really make is are YOU better than you were a month ago, a year ago, five years ago, etc. If so, then you have something to brag about.

Getting on the internet stating mighty accomplishments with no video proof (or even better actual competition footage with posted score sheets) is pretty weak. The truth is, if you were somebody incredible people would know who you are and you wouldn’t have to brag. You would already be the name on the lips of hundreds of wanna-be teens everywhere. For the rest of us, it’s alright to do better and be proud of what we (actually) accomplished without feeling the need to apologize (grow a pair, good people will like you no matter how strong you are, even if they are elite lifters) or inflate the numbers.

Just my two cents.

I agree with you, but where did this even come from? There are some nice claims on this thread, but nothing amazing…

along the lines of bragging, I just remebered the video from January of me working up to 405+doubled greens in briefs.

EDIT: In case anyone was wondering, I don’t weigh 150Lbs, it just looks that way as one of my partners weighs ~330 lol

I train storngman events with this guy who benched 485 for 3, raw. Squated 705 to parallel with a belt, and pulled 805 with a belt. makes my 315 bench, 535 squat and 585 deadlift look weak. Im 19, 255. hes 25, 270.

snatched 60kg
clean and jerked 80kg
squatted 100kg

why is your bench so disproportionate? did you tear a pec or something?

Yeah well I actually am not telling a lie about my strength and thing is hopefully this season ppl will know about me if I get accepted and well the whole nation will know simple as that cuz i’d be on espn but it sounds like your challenging me and everyone how can you question and call bullshit on what people state they can and can’t do? Who are you???

Just my 0.2!

Just for kicks and giggles heres a video of me awhile ago in my teens just for you! A tad high but w/e I can squat this for a set of 10 now.
So yes I do fall in to the top 1%-2% of the world for my body weight if your looking at lifting standards…

I honestly have no idea… ive always struggled with my bench but im 6’3 so that makes it a lil tougher. I can strict standing military press 245, so im thinking my chest is terribly weak. I also power clean 145kg and DB rows with the 130s for sets of 10. goal is to bench 405 before 21.

Bragging thread? Allright, here is my bragging:

190kg (418lbs) x 15 reps squat:

Hey! He said strength sports only. Maybe we should demand an Endurance Sports Forum for all you fapfags and marathoners… it’s all the same, aint it?

… for the record, I fapped 15 at 150lb. I weighed in afterward and was 148. I was meant to be bulking, too!

Were you on Jupiter when you did this?

I can curl the pink 1lbs dumbbell while on the stair master. Is that good?
