I just pounded 6 eggs in a shake I’m having for meal 4. It was alright when its blended up. I dont know how H$M does it in just a shaker. That brought the shake to over 2k cals. Nice. I did my part for making H$M proud.

Fallen, good job! Now you need to drink them straigh, with nothing else in them, 12 at a time! But good start!

Rockula, just fuckin’ drink them. I’ve never washed the shells or nothing, gone through 1000’s of eggs raw, never had an issue to date. It’s my theory that many of the eggs have trace amounts of salmonella, which allows you to gradually build up an immunity to it without ever getting sick, yknow?

Oh and they aren’t necessarily “better” raw, but it’s more hardcore. Cooking them makes the whites more bioavailable, but the yolks less bioavailable, so it’s a toss-up. All I’m saying is look at the results.
