It’s my theory that many of the eggs have trace amounts of salmonella, which allows you to gradually build up an immunity to it without ever getting sick, yknow?[/quote]

i was really damn hungry and i thought of all the raw egg talk, so i downed a couple just a minute ago. Not that bad actually. I expected it to taste like ass.

205x10…I was trying to do that 5,10,15 rep thing that I read Modok was doing a while ago. My upper chest is lagging a lot and I think the extra sets will help a lot. But the weight was too heavy on the last set.

A power line went down and everyone lost power for an hour. The gym closed. I was supposed to do back and biceps, so I decided to train in the basement. I started warming up on barbell rows and as the set went on a pain was building up in the back of my head.
After the set it hurt so much and I had to sit down. No idea what it was. I tried another set, and the same thing happened. It was like a massive migraine and it is still bothering me a little today. I didn’t go to school today either. Today I feel much better, but it still feels a little uncomfortable. I will most likely skip tomorrow and sunday’s sessions to rest.

I trained Mrs. NvrTooLate while getting my sets in. Here’s a conversation that took place:
Her: “How come you don’t have me doing abs very much?”
Me: “Because Abs are a small muscle group and abs are made in kitchen”
Her: “But Mark (old trainer) had us doing abs every day”
Me: “I’m having you do compound excercizes with large muscle groups, that will burn the most fat”
Her: “Hmm, I don’t know”

This woman talked about doing more ab work. I didn’t even bother going into asking her why she wants to do more abs with her most LIKELY saying “Cause I want to lose stomach fat”.

Holy balls my legs are pumped. I played a lot of volleyball so I am used to the fast explosive high reps of leg work.
The guy I train with who is sitting at jacked 280lbs did this. Not used to endurable aspect;
405x6 ss 225x24 and threw up lol!
So I HAVE to eat huge today to really recover. I almost had to puke myself. Good hard day.

I know right. He squatted in the smith machine a LONG time and did the thing where he leaned against the bar and squatted. Since training with me I introduced him to free squats to get him away from the bs of SM squats.
EDIT: He even said so himself a guy his size should be squatting 5 plates easy.
