I’m curious what songs you “weren’t big enough for” Stu?
Also here’s what I think would be an excellent song for a posing routine:

O fortuna, the opening and closing peice from Carl Orffs opera Carmina Burana.

this isn’t a posing routine…but this video is awesome…
the level of competition there is crazy…[/quote]
Amazing to be reminded of just how deep the typical line ups were in the late 90’s.

Finally, I can post one of my picks. I like the build up in 1:30-2:12. Granted, I have to be up to 260 or so. It warrants that much presence, IMO. I also feel that these should be mostly back shots, ala Coleman.

I think the music you pick has to fit your physique. when I was going through possible choices for my own routine, my brutally honest training partner was quick to comment “you’re not big enough” for a certain selection -lol

This is so very true, and sadly most people don’t take it into account.

I’ve posed to that exact song! Although I didn’t win, I did have the best routine.
sweep the leg- by karate high school
the worm- by audioslave
most of the stuff by gogol bordello
godzilla by blue oyster cult
just sum suggestions

I’m with you here stu. When I competed I wanted to do a Zane style posing routine. But we both realized I’m no where near the level of a Zane for the crowd to enjoy. And being a teen bodybuilder your not going to even have alot of people in the crowd so might as well make them laugh. So we set up a 17 year old in posing trunks posing like a cowboy The Good The Bad and the Ugly Finale - YouTube and the crowd liked it. But your a pretty big dude stu, you could probably pose to alot of stuff.
