Check this shit bro:

Que MEYMZ? Youre not down with Benassi? “And I love my sex” and BAAAIM! you hit a most muscular! Or you start hitting some chippendale moves again.

Jajaja si wey estoy tablas con Benny, pero se me hizo cagado. [/quote]

La neta! Yeah or you could pop, lock and drop it and raise it up real slow and do a naughty finger on the lips. LMAO! God damn that’s ghey. I’m thinking/listening to Flowbots’ “No handlebars” I could see some parts being useful. I like the build up. Fuck, I’m Greene can use that wack ass Souljaboy then anything is fair game.

Oh shit man the best was the finger thing. I think in this times you can make a posing routine with almost anything, you can youtube and see some freaky stuff around…

ranging from: Russian BodyBuilder .. looks like robot .. - YouTube

to: GayGames VII Posing Routine - Pre-Judging - YouTube

Shit depending on the judging panel you might get ahead with the naugthy girl finger in the lips (OOPS!)

Bodybuilding tricks you’ll never read in the books.

That is the dumbest shit I’ve ever seen in my life. I hope he got onstage as a joke.

HAHA I know it really sucks. And I let this as a reminder for the ones who wanna

COMPETE FOR THE SAKE OF COMPETING AND SAYING THAT THEY ARE NOW COMPETITIVE BODYBUILDERS.

I hope one or two guys that see it think another time about it.

Love this beat… The instrumental version is pretty popular, so it shouldn’t be too hard to find, either.

It picks up a bit halfway through, too.

More tidbits:

Boricua putos! I could probably get away with part of this one at the end of the serious portion of the posing routine. Good beat and Badell did it justice IMO

For something along the lines of Warren’s routine to “American Badass” I would choose Nonpoint’s “Bullet with a Name on It” I don’t know if they would let it fly.

Id post more but I just killed my computer. lol fucking frankenstein piece of shit

If I were to ever get onstage, this would be my music.

By the way, I found music for my routine…

But in case I changed my mind, here’s a few runner-ups.

I had never seen Markus Ruhl pose before, and seeing his biceps and back double bi made me say ‘whoa’ out loud. Fucking crazy.

I liked the one by Desmond Miller, the slower music lets him take more time in hitting poses and I find it more impressive then just jumping from pose to pose and you have no time to really see them properly.

This is one of Frank Zane. I think he combined his routine and music together pretty well here, although it does get a little drawn out.

the dude is unreal

whats the name of that song it rocks (to the max)

Yates did one with some badass music for one of his winning Mr. O’s cant remember what the song was though

And nice work Dr. Clay

I think the music you pick has to fit your physique. when I was going through possible choices for my own routine, my brutally honest training partner was quick to comment “you’re not big enough” for a certain selection -lol
