Test & Tren for Over a Year, BBer Look?

I think it depends on goals. Many people just want to be able to fit jeans while not fitting into shirts. I have some wheels and it’s annoying. If you have a big upper body, there should be some legs though.

This looks 100% like an eating and maybe training issue to me here.

@tcanna when was your last bulk and to how much weight did you get up to?

As others have said, you’ll gain size by eating.

Tren is fine, test is low… to get the bodybuilder look you would need gram at least. But as i said - just test and tren wont do that.
What you need now is size. Size is what you get when you eat enough to get fat for like…2 years at least.
I did a bulk of like 18 months total, was fat and disgusting all that time, but now when i leaned out i am up from 220 to 250 at same leanness… id say it was worth it.

I do agree here. A trend I’ve noticed is that a lot of developed guys that are now big and lean were once bigger and fat. I am not huge by any means, but getting up to 230 at 5’10" I do think added some size that would have been tough to get if I stayed lean the whole time.

It is my opinion that the OP might have the genetics to get big staying fairly lean. I don’t mean ripped, but he might be capable of adding all the muscle he needs to obtain a pro bodybuilder look without looking more than 8 weeks out from a show. I acknowledge that it takes remarkable genetics to pull that off.

I live in the same city as Dexter Jackson, and I don’t believe he ever over bulked to put on size. But I could be wrong.

I’ll just leave this here:

The heaviest I’ve ever been is 224lbs

At around your level of leanness and under 6’, 225 should look pretty impressive.

If you got there, you should know how to take up weight to get even bigger. But I sense you are already at natural limit which means from now on you will probably need to increase drugs along with food and training weight. You should seriously think about it it is worth the possible health complications down that road.

I have to say I am concerned that OP will just push more/higher compounds, considering he got to his current limit (if we are assuming he has already bulked appropriately) with a yearlong test and tren blast. I think OP is chasing something that is not within his reach.

You may be correct. Unless nutrition has been severely deficient all year.

I am disagreeing with most here. You don’t get those delts and traps when you diet is deficient.

This looks more like misguided training program. Plus shoulders exploding on a physique lacking a foundation

I don’t disagree with you at all. I think you could easily be under calories though when on Tren especially. In fact for the OP, a better route at this point is probably Trens cousin. Need more mass now

Aww… common on…

The OP needs to man up and get under that bar.

Shoulders and Traps are easy for my to grow and maintain, my chest is what I have trouble with

I’m not looking to go overboard with anabolics, I’d just like to know what’s going to help me get to 230-240 lean. Also I have some bad lower back pain and joint pain in general, what can I do about that?

This is a very hard question to answer. I used to have a lot of back pain, but mobility work, and strengthening antagonist muscles went a long way in fixing that.

If you are hoping to look like a pro bodybuilder post up:
Front Double Bicep
Back Double Bicep
Side Chest
Side Triceps

And we can see what is lacking in your pursuit

It sounds as if you cannot work your thighs. Is that true?

Were you blessed with large calves?

To truly look like a pro bodybuilder you need some legs that are symmetrical with your awesome shoulders.

I’m lacking some size in my quads, I am at 2 reps of 365lbs

Can you do those 2 reps without any joint pain?
