Anybody have a recommendation for types of exercises that will not hurt you when you’re sore from a previous workout?
I usually stay away from heavy weight/low reps and just up the reps to 8 to 12. Try to stay off the heavy hitter exercises like dead lifts for a sore back and stick with front squat or something.
What about explosive exercises like snatch when you have a sore lower back? I’m not sure if that’s too stressful or it is less because its less weight.
