I was once a “Teen Ectomorph”. 5’7" and 120 or so.
By my junior year in college I weighed 220.
I remember drinking a gallon of milk daily, as well as eating meat and other protein sources. Rice, oatmeal, pasta were all fair game, trying to eat as often as I could.
And most posters here are right that talk about squatting and deadlifting- you gotta do them. Trust me.
I started PL at 36 yo. I was 6’1" 150 lbs when I started. I put on 14 lbs of muscle in 8 weeks. Currently 164 lbs. I lift 3 days a week. I consume between 3000 to 3500 calories a day.
excellent advice
and i guessing your technique probably isnt top notch either
few pointers:
try to keep muscle under tension throughout the set-fatigues your muscle which leads to growth
concentrate on eccentric portion (ie.slowly down - 3 secs should be good to start)
DONT SACRIFICE TECHNIQUE for a greater weight

I see the majority of them using it like this. There really is no other use for it other than to describe some apparent wesakness you have. I think everyone would be better off if they threw out the concept of “ect, meso, endo” completely. This kid is skinny as hell and truly believes he was eating “a lot” before. Food isn’t magic. If you eat enough of it, you will gain weight. Just because you have to eat more than someone else who is bigger doesn’t mean anything other than you simply have to eat more.
my .02…i used to think i was eating enough food to bulk…then i decided to count my calories…the daily amount was significantly lower than i always thought i was eating…my suggestion is eat everything you see, and keep count of it…

Along with that, it needs to be understood that your body is adaptive. What might fill you up now won’t in the future if you remain consistant.
You are quite young, and I think you are doing OK for someone that young, no doubt you are a skinny fellow, but you’ve been getting some results, you probably are not doing the right exercises nor eating enough, I wonder if you do deadlifts at all.
