It would be useful and I would like a thread like that but this one is shit.
how about you go fuck yourself instead you’re getting angry over a thread that’s just really fucking pathetic…
Your correct your thread is pathetic ![]()
How dumb ass?
however I was calling you pathetic not my thread LOL
It is a thread entitled taking your grip to the next to the next level. Yet you have not discussed in any way how to do this. You proposed some dumb ass not that impressive idea for a lift and yet still not mentioned how to go about it or why. This is a powerlifting section where the topic of powerlifting and things related to powerlifting are and should be discussed. Two criteria you have yet to meet. That’s why dumb ass.

Yeah I caught that the funny part is how your to ignorant to see that I was being sarcastic.
LOL you must be seriously retarded I did explain how to take your grip strength to the next level. secondly I don’t get give fuck if its a powerlifting section or not. btw I realized you were being sarcastic
See if you can’t respect this section then I don’t respect you and I wont so we will continue pointless arguing back and forth because I have nothing else to do right now. Umm and no no you really didn’t. But ok.
it says “taking your grip strength to the next level” then I asked the question “has anyone ever train their grip with 1 arm dead lifts for 7” deficit with an overhand grip without hook grip"
this means simply increase your range of motion thus allowing one to take their grip strength to the next level. ![]()

If you’re going to make fun of someone because of a typo, make sure you type correct yourself! Aren’t you both Americans anyway? A mod should delete this /thread

Again…“you’re”.
@ reed yes it does increase your grip strength and yes…it explains everything
Why did the physics talk have to stop? That was the most entertaining part of this thread!
Perhaps the mods could move all of his grip threads to Bigger Stronger Leaner where they might be a bit more appropriate. As it is now, they have as much to do with Powerlifting as they would Olympic Lifting or Combat.
Lol i enjoy the Gripmaster threads
