Just started doing stones and the tacky I’m using is PR Tacky and it is just hard as a rock. I try and warm it up with warm water, then it comes off in clumps, but it doesn’t stay on very well. I’ve found I get better stick on areas that have had it applied, but it doesn’t have any remnants on that part of my palm anymore.
Would I be applying wrong? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
figure out how to make your own. thats what i did and my crew loves it. we make it depending on the weather (thicker for summer, thinner for winter). love it and actually sell quite a bit of it to other competitors at comps. that way you can make it exactly how you want it and get it to feel right for ya. but everyone is different, find what works best for ya man
From what I’ve heard it’s 50/50 on training with tack or without. If I’m starting out, would I be better off using it so I can get used to do doing them/not tear a bicep? It’s ~200lb so not very big.
