I take all of my vitamins, medications, stack, etc with food. If I don’t I tend to vomit them up about 5 minutes after swallowing. My stomach hates only having water and and pill in it. any suggestions for taking the T2?
What is the dosage of the active ingredient comapred to lipo?I cant seem to find it anywhere but an online store and unless there mistaken it is very overdosed or maybe lipo was way underosed.Mod you can pleas respont via e mail if you would like thank you.
Michelle, I would just take the T2 with food, which would solve your problem there.
MJL, T2 is 50 mcg of diiodothyronine per capsule. Perhaps the website you mention said “mg” by accident, which indeed would be a huge overdose if it were milligrams.
I don’t know the old Lipokinetix claimed dose, but my understanding was that it was much higher, with it being quite dubious that it actually had the amount claimed.
Hey, is anybody taking up to 3 pills a day yet? if so, what size are you and have you felt any negative side effects? I’ve been thinking about taking 3 pills. Its not clear to me whether for best results, I’m supposed to work up to three a day if I can tolerate it, or stop at the dosage where I begin to see some results. I have been taking 2 a day for about a week now and its all good.
I’m on my fifth day at 3 caps a day. I didn’t feel anything on one or two caps but now I get a slight warm feeling especially in my face and neck area about in hour after a dose. I weigh 250 lbs. so I’m on the high end for supplement dosing.
I’ve been taking the T2 for 6 days now. First 3 days 2 caps per day, last 3 days, 3 caps per day. I’ve been taking them with food, without food, as consistently with the times as possible. I’m 6’2, and started at 202. Cut down calories quite a bit, and an ECA or MD6 thrown in 1- 2 times daily. I’m at around 197 now. Definetly looking leaner and feeling leaner, but my muscles aren’t as full looking- probably from the diet. I’m also doing plenty of cardio now too. Lifting 5 days per week, with between 15- 25 minutes brutal cardio afterwards. Using surge afterwads to keep away the cortisol killers, and to repair the muscles. I haven’t loss any strength at all. If anything, I’m getting stronger. But, today is only day 7. Hopefully I can get another 2-3 weeks good use and get shredded. Took my pictures to just see changes and give ultimate motivation 13 weeks ago- and I’m looking good. Gonna take my week 16 pics and put them on my website. I definetly suggest taking pictures, and look at them daily. great motivation. - something good did come out of Bill Phillips ![]()
AGirl, my wife followed the recommended protocol and has now graduated up to 3 pills/day over the last 4 days. At this point, she hasn’t experienced any adverse side-effects. BTW, she is 5’10 @ 135lbs.
MJL, I still have a bottle of lipokinetix (debating when or whether to use it), but if you want the label ingedients, I’d be happy to check 'em tomorrow when I go home and let you know. I never thought there was anything especially potent about Lipokinetix, Triax was another story.
I’m on my 10th day at 3 T2 pills per day and 6 MD6 pills. I’m 41 years old, 6’1, and weighed 219 when I started. I’m now at 215. I had been at the 219 weight plateau for about 10 months, but have consistently been swapping fat for muscle since October so I really haven’t let my weight guide me in my progress. I still have had a problem losing that last layer of fat around my midsection. Up until now I haven’t been able to make that final breakthough that would allow me to see my abs. I’m happy to report that today for the first time in my life I was able to see a slight indication of my abs. I expect with another 10 days to be well on my way to my goals. FYI - I’m diabetic so I’m insulin resistant and live on a low carb diet year round. I run 3 1/2 miles a day 6 days a week and lift weights Mon-Fri during my lunch hour. I just finished my 5th week of the Ian King Upper Body Routine have made significant progress. T-mag and biotest products have been a life saver for me. Fifteen months ago I weighed in at around 260, my health was in a downward spiral, and I was very depressed. I decided to do some about it and with the information from this web site put together a new life style.
