In 9 weeks,when im done with my mag 10 stack, im going to start my 12 week cut up.Im curious about the results of the T-dawg diet.have any of you done it? if so what were the results? im planning it out now to make sure that i can reach my goals. Im 6’4", 225 now and hope to be 240-245 after my mag 10 cycle is said and done.im going to guess that i will be 16-19% bodyfat towards the end.
T dawg work great. I would like to make 1 suggestion though. Befor you start cutting u need to take atleast a couple weeks to solidify your gains from mag 10. Eating atleast maint. cal preferably a little more. You could use this time to get used to the diet just with higher K/cals.

I agree, T-dawg 2.0 rocks. I used strict T-dawg guidelines for 8 weeks and went from 210 to 198 lbs., about 18% bf to 13-14%. I also mixed in the sprint workouts from one of CT’s old articles and focused only on high intensity, low rep training with bench press, deadlifts, and squats. Didn’t lose any strength, actually gained a bit due to a different training protocol!
