Chris wrote a Q and A for that diet. It came a few issues after the original was posted.
I followed the protocols outlined in the Tdawg diet and had great success using it for 12 weeks. I didn’t need any cardio either. All I used were two or three workouts a week, and I managed to lose a lot of fat and retain my strength and mass. I’ve found that since i’m eating so much meat, 4 larger meals a day has been better than eating the usual diet of 6 meals a day…so i just eat breakfast, lunch, pworkout drink and dinner
