Dudes, been training hard for two years and have made good gains. My training has always been good but my diet has generally sucked, I basically ensure I get 2g of protein per pound of bodyweight and just eat like a f’ing horse. I’m now weighing over 230 and have decided I need to cut up some before following a more realistic long term diet. My plan is to following the T-Dawg diet for eight weeks to get my body-fat down some.
I want to keep as much of my hard-earned muscle as I possibly can and plan to use Androsol, Tribex and ZMA to assist. I would appreciate any suggestions regarding the most effective cycle/doseage to use these products to achieve my goal. Has this been covered before?
Thanks in advance.
T-Rex: Sounds like you’re right on track! Click on one of the “Biotest” supplements at the top of ehe Forum window (usually at the VERY top on the left), then click “Check Out The New Biotest Stacks” at the top. It’s pretty well laid out depending on your goals.
I started the T-Dawg 9 days ago. It’s going great. Lost 2# fat with no muscle loss the first week, so I’m right on track. I posted a couple of weeks ago and got a response from Chris Shugart regarding my supplementation program. We tweaked it and it goes as follows:
Weeks 1-2 Androsol 70 sprays 2x daily.
Weeks 3-6 Tribex 4 capsules 2x daily.
MD6 3 capsules 3x daily,
Methoxy 7 2 servings daily,
ZMA -At bedtime the entire 12 weeks.
Then I’ll repeat this cycle for another 6 weeks.
In addition to these supplements I'm taking a good multi-vitamin, Vitamin C, Folic Acid, Fish oil capsules and Flax oil daily. ALA on Saturdays on my "Carb up" day. Also the last four weeks of the cycle, Chris suggested I add in Biotest's T2, which I plan on doing. My goal is to lose 24# of bodyfat in 12 weeks while maintaining my current lean body mass. Hope this helps.
